WarriorWorks finds opportunities for disabled veterans to re-enter the workforce. We focus on those who have the potential to go back to work someday but are not ready now. We match a corporation to an individual, and the corporation provides a program of mentorship, training, and part-time work to provide the veteran a gradual transition back into a new career.
Getting Involved
Establishing relationships with disabled veterans best starts through a corporate-giving program. This allows you to focus on a disabled veteran's growth, not their human resources risk or productivity. Also, it is a great way to develop a future employee.
We suggest that your program is spearheaded by a fellow veteran who is a senior manager or executive.
